\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDi teras Pertubuhan Kebajikan dan Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Kurang Upaya Johor ialah Mohd Yahya Haidrus, seorang insan penyayang yang dipacu oleh kasih sayang dan perhatian yang tidak berbelah bahagi terhadap kanak-kanak kurang upaya fizikal. Pada tahun 2017, Yahya, walaupun bergantung kepada kerusi roda, telah menubuhkan pertubuhan ini dengan komitmen yang teguh untuk membawa perubahan bermakna dalam kehidupan mereka yang sering terpinggir.\n

\nDengan sebuah rumah yang dipenuhi dengan gelak tawa dan semangat ketabahan, organisasi kami memeluk kasih 20 orang kanak-kanak istimewa berusia antara 4 hingga 18 tahun, masing-masing menghadapi cabaran unik seperti palsi serebrum, sindrom Down, autisme, dan hidrosefalus. Ada yang diserahkan oleh ibu bapa mereka untuk dijaga, manakala yang lain pula menemui perlindungan di sini setelah ditinggalkan oleh ibu bapa yang daif.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Pengalaman beliau selama 27 tahun di pusat serupa di Saleng menjadi asas kepada impian beliau. Aspirasi beliau bukan sekadar memberikan penjagaan, tetapi turut merangkumi usaha untuk membekalkan kanak-kanak ini dengan kemahiran dan peluang untuk menjalani kehidupan yang normal dan bermakna.

Lot penjuru dua tingkat yang disewa di Taman Johor Jaya menjadi tempat perlindungan kami \u2014 sebuah ruang di mana kehangatan kasih sayang berpadu dengan tekad untuk mempersiapkan kanak-kanak ini menjalani kehidupan yang bukan sahaja memberi kepuasan kepada mereka, tetapi juga bermanfaat kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Didorong oleh kepercayaan bahawa penjagaan sebenar melibatkan persediaan secara menyeluruh, Yahya menekankan kepentingan membentuk kemahiran dan ketabahan dalam diri kanak-kanak ini. Perjalanan hidupnya sendiri yang turut dilalui dengan ketidakupayaan telah menyemarakkan rasa empati yang mendalam, sekaligus menjadi sumber kekuatan dalam dedikasinya terhadap perjuangan ini.

Di Pertubuhan Kebajikan dan Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Kurang Upaya Johor, kami bukan sekadar penjaga; kami juga merupakan pendokong kepada sebuah masyarakat yang lebih inklusif dan penuh belas kasihan.
